Payments shall be made directly to FAREVA subsidiaries under payment terms of 45 days end of month.

E) Scope of Use

Access to and use of the FAREVA store are strictly reserved for FAREVA subsidiaries listed in the agency directory during account creation.

Creating an account implies acceptance of the applicable contractual terms and the rules in force on the Store.

F) Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

SAMM Trading acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and the agreement binding the Parties.

Purposes & Legal Bases

The data collected via the Fanshop are processed for the following purposes:

• User account management (legitimate interest / performance of a contract),
• Profile validation and eligibility control (legitimate interest),
• Order processing and tracking (performance of a contract),
• Invoicing (legal obligation / performance of a contract),
• Audience measurement & performance analysis (legitimate interest / consent via CMP),
• Security, fraud prevention & technical logging (legitimate interest).

Processed Data

Identity, position, entity, business contact details, login credentials, delivery/billing addresses, VAT/EORI numbers, order history, logs, and browsing events required for operation.

Recipients / Data Processors

• Hosting provider: OVHcloud SAS (EU)
• CRM / Marketing automation: HubSpot Ireland Limited (possible transfers via HubSpot Inc., USA under SCCs)
• Transactional emailing: Mailjet SAS (EU; possible transfers depending on routing under SCCs)

The service providers’ DPAs have been validated. Transfers outside the EU are governed by SCCs, supplemented where necessary by additional safeguards.

Any external reuse requires the prior written consent of SAMM Trading.
