Delivery and Shipping Conditions

FAREVA works in partnership with SAMM Trading for all orders.

The shipping fees below will apply:

All prices shown are excluding VAT.

Here are the shipping costs for products weighing no more than 5.99 kg and delivered within the European Community:

  • €13.00 – France (Mainland)
  • €20.00 – Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Luxembourg
  • €23.00 – Poland

For customers outside Europe, a shipping quotation request will be required. The relationship between purchase volume and geographical area has a significant impact on shipping costs.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods to us. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged and keep all documents proving the return shipment. We decline all responsibility in the event of loss during the return process.

Return conditions: all items must be returned in new condition. Toys must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, together with all accompanying accessories. Clothing must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note: we cannot exchange clothing for a different size. You must return the size you ordered and place a new order for the other size.

Return costs: return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, in the case of a defective item or a shipping error, we will cover the return costs.

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
